Categorieën ordenen

Doel: de indeling van je categorieën bij je leven laten passen, en elke categorie haar bedrag geven.

Tools: list_category_groups, create_category, update_category, set_category_budget.

Een categorie aanmaken

Jij: Maak een categorie Huisdieren in de groep Dagelijks.

De agent zoekt het id van de groep met list_category_groups (de systeemgroepen van YNAB worden weggelaten):

Een naam die al in de groep bestaat, wordt geweigerd, ongeacht hoofdletters.

Een categorie hernoemen of verplaatsen

Geef category_group_id door om de categorie naar een andere groep te verplaatsen, met of zonder nieuwe naam. Transacties en bedragen blijven eraan gekoppeld. Om terug te gaan, roep je opnieuw aan met de vorige naam en groep, die het antwoord noemt.

Het bedrag is absoluut: het vervangt wat er gebudgetteerd was. month is "current" of YYYY-MM-01; "current" wordt omgezet naar de werkelijke maand, zodat een latere ongedaanmaking de juiste maand treft.

Het doel van een categorie instellen

Vraag „spaar 1.200 voor de vakantie vóór juni 2027“ of „zet elke maand 50 opzij voor de auto“: set_category_target stelt het doel in dat YNAB voor de categorie volgt, een bedrag vóór een datum, of elke maand, week of elk jaar; zonder bedrag haalt het het doel weg. Ongedaan maken zet het vorige doel terug, behalve als het in de YNAB-app is aangemaakt als maandelijkse financiering, doelsaldo of schuldaflossing en wordt vervangen of weggehaald; de vraag zegt dat voordat je bevestigt.
